    Students can apply for Conditional Admission to SDSU's bachelor's degrees. Accepted students are guaranteed admission to SDSU, following the completion of the English proficiency requirement.

    Students can apply for Conditional Admission to SDSU for bachelor’s degrees and certain master’s degrees. Undergraduate Conditional Admission guarantees admission to SDSU following the completion of the English proficiency requirement.     The metro, known as the San Diego

    Trolley, which has a transit station

    on the SDSU campus, enables

    students to navigate San Diego

    without a car.
    The Trolley provides students connections to:

    The Trolley also gives students

    without a car a wide choice of

    living options away from campus.

    • ON-CAMPUS DORMITORY OR APARTMENT  – On-campus

       housing is available at all times of the year
     

    • OFF-CAMPUS PRIVATE HOUSING –  Our staff assists students in

       finding the perfect housing option. Many students live in private

       houses and apartments within easy walking distance of campus.
     

    • HOMESTAY– The ALI coordinates and manages the homestay

       program with over 300 families. All locations are within 30

       minutes of campus by public transportation.

  • STAFF SUPPORT

    ADMISSIONS AND IMMIGRATION – Staff supports students throughout the application and  immigration process

    ORIENTATION – Students receive useful information about their ALI program at orientation.

    TRANSITIONING  – Staff provides resources to help students transition successfully into life in the U.S.

    ADVISING   – Advisors are available to help with course information.

    COUNSELING, HEALTH INSURANCE, AND STUDENT LIFE  – Our trained staff is available to assist.
